If you have Joomla 1.6 installed you should definitely upgrade your package to Joomla 1.6.1. Can’t believe these are all volunteers that support Joomla and they put time into fixing and making Joomla a better place. In summary Joomla 1.6.1 has:
- 206 tracker issues fixed in SVN
- 12 security issues fixed
I scrolled through all the bug fixes that they put into the Joomla 1.6.1 patch and there are quite a few bugs that were fixed including ACL’s, Components, Frontend fixes , Joomla! libraries, Joomla languages, Search engine friendly fixes, User Interface fixes, Templates, Plugins, Modules and many more.
